Congratulations to the 2018 Tournament Champs!

Ray Byers, of Indian River, and Jeff Craig, of Afton, MI accept their Great Lakes Bowfishing Championship trophies from tournament organizer Bob Easterbrook, Jr. The championship team arrowed 1,876 pounds of rough fish during the contest.




Brent Sorge of Bay City brandishes his All-Time GLBC Record 8.75-pound dogfish (bowfin), also earning him Saturday's Largest Dogfish Award.

Congratulations to the 2017 Tournament Champs!

Brayden Smith and Clayton Steinman of Pigeon, MI accept their Great Lakes Bowfishing Championship trophies from tournament organizer Bob Easterbrook, Jr. The championship team managed to arrow 816 pounds of rough fish during the two day contest under difficult conditions.

Young Easton was the grand raffle prize winner on Sunday morning. He was exuberant, to say the least, with his new AMS E-Rad Bowfishing Bow package! We've never seen so many people cheer after a raffle drawing before. Just awesome!

Steve Newman of Waterford shows off just one of his two Smallest Gar Pike trophies from the weekend. A feat likely never to be duplicated!

Justin Herline of Midland proudly displays his All-Time Tournament Record 12.10-pound Largest Gar Pike. .Justin topped the 32-year old record by an incredible 2 pounds!

Justin Pastoor of Hamilton, MI and Josh Tarman of Allegan, MI accept their Great Lakes Bowfishing Championship trophies from tournament director Bob Easterbrook, Sr. The championship team managed to haul in 1,450 pounds of rough fish during a challenging contest.




Second place honors go to father & son team of Chuck Ritz & Chuck Ritz, Jr. of Linden, MI with 1,016 pounds

Third place honors go to Brendan & Mike Lehmkule of Mt. Pleasant, MI with 978 pounds.

Fourth place goes to Alan Whaley of Alma, MI Butch Donley of Vestaburg, MI & youth shooter, Matthew. The team shot 798 pounds.

Big Fish honors go to Josh Tarman with a 27.85 pound “hawg”!
