FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023

Noon - 9:00 p.m.	WOODED ISLAND SPORTS GRILL – TENT: Tournament Registration Opens
7:00 - 9:00 p.m.	WOODED ISLAND SPORTS GRILL – TENT: "Strategic Planning Party" for tournament participants. Raffles, T-Shirts, Hats, complimentary refreshments, snacks & door prizes. Closes promptly at 9:00 p.m.

SATURDAY, JUNE 3, 2023

5:30 a.m.	Restaurants in town will be open for breakfast.
7:00 - 7:45 a.m.	WALLACE STONE QUARRY: Registration for those that did not register on Friday. All teams must be present for 8:00 a.m. roll call. Coffee will be available.
7:45 - 8:00 a.m.	WALLACE STONE QUARRY: Entrants briefing - review of rules, bow raffle and any questions.
8:00 a.m.	WALLACE STONE QUARRY: Roll Call and Start of 1st day's shoot. Scales will be attended all day for your convenience. Staff will be patrolling the waters to enforce rules. Weigh-in updates may be heard on WLEW 1340 AM from noon until 6:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. SHARP!	WALLACE STONE QUARRY: Weigh-in line closes at 5:00 sharp! Not 5:01. No excuses will be accepted for being late! Please have all fish removed from stringers to help speed things along. Please keep all fish and fish slime off the ground. Do not drain boats in line or on the premises. Team results will be posted on the scoreboards shortly after they come in. Please adhere to instructions on your WEIGH-IN TRAFFIC MAP to help reduce any traffic tie-ups for local residents and visitors.
6:30 p.m.	WOODED ISLAND SPORTS GRILL – TENT: Buffet Dinner – Tickets are $20.00 Includes coffee, water & beer. We will have the usual raffles, GLBC hats and t-shirts and plenty of fun. Please purchase your tickets early, they will be limited. If you can’t make dinner, come for the raffles.

Raffles, 50/50 Drawings, and Door Prizes will be held at the Wooded Island Sports Grill Friday evening "Strategic Planning Party" Saturday evening Buffet Dinner
